Late Arrivals
Please Arrive On-Time. We understand that your time is limited and important. We make every effort to see all of our patients in a timely manner. In order to provide you with prompt service, we need you to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for every appointment in order to complete any required paperwork and verify insurance.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for an appointment you may be asked to reschedule the appointment, or you may be given an appointment with another provider who is available.
