Flu Vaccine Information and Clinics 2016-17

The Flu Vaccine

For 2016 we will be offering the quadrivalent flu shot only.  Visit the CDC website for detailed information on the flu shot. The web site is also an excellent resource for general information about Influenza vaccination and the 2016-17 Flu season.  We will not have Flumist this year. For more information on Flumist click here.

Who can get the flu vaccine from us? How much does it cost?

We are happy to provide flu vaccine to all of our patients, parents, grandparents, caretakers, and anyone else interested, under the age of 65 years (64yrs or younger).

For all of our patients and for non-patients with PPO insurance, we will bill your insurance.

For non-patients with HMO insurance, or patients without insurance, the cash price is $40 for the flu shot.

If you or someone you know is interested, please call our office at 408-268-1122.
